Garden City Casino Event Reservation Cancellation Policy
Adopted on May 25, 2018 by the Executive Board Any Member may Cancel or Modify any reservation to a Garden City Casino Event without charge at any time on or prior to the RSVP date specified in the announcement of the Event by giving notice of such cancellation or modification to the Entertainment Chair. If notice of such cancellation or modification is received after the RSVP date, the Member will remain liable for the charge applicable to the Event unless there is a Waiting List of Members or other late responding Members who take the reservation cancelled, in which event, the applicable charge will be excused. If there are multiple cancellations or modifications for any one Event, charges will be considered for excuse in the order in which the cancellation or modification is received. Failure to attend an Event after indicating an intention to attend shall be treated as a Cancellation after the RSVP date. Nothing shall preclude the Entertainment Chair from waiving the charges for a cancelled or modified reservation but only in the event of good cause shown.
